Dr. Osyria Webster is a manager in program management at Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company. She holds a biology degree from Xavier University of Louisiana, a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of Tennessee, an Electrical Engineering degree from University of New Orleans, and an MBA from the Pennsylvania State University with a concentration in Engineering Leadership and Innovation Management. In October 2021, Dr. Webster received the Technology Rising Star award during the Women of Color STEM Digital Conference. Then in February 2023, she received the Spectrum Science Trailblazer Award at the Black Engineer of the Year Award STEM Conference.

Amanda Holder Jolly is the Lead Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at Wells Fargo. In this role she works with External Engagement and Government Relations teams to amplify and expand enterprise Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. Her work helps to position the bank as a trusted resource, partner and ally to nonprofit organizations representing marginalized and underserved communities.  She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The George Washington University and a Master of Public Administration from Metropolitan College of New York. She is a Brooklyn, NY native and a current Washington, D.C. resident.

As Director of Microsoft’s Justice Reform Initiative, Kevin Miller leads strategy and execution for the company’s efforts to improve fairness and equity in the criminal legal system, focusing in the areas of policing, prosecution, and prevention. Kevin has held several roles in the social impact space at Microsoft touching civic technology, community engagement, and nonprofit digital transformation prior to joining the Justice Reform Initiative. Before joining Microsoft, he held various roles at the intersection of technology and public policy including time as the head of data analytics at City of San Jose and as a CountyStat analyst and program evaluation lead in Montgomery County, Maryland’s Health and Human Services division. Kevin holds a BA in political science from UC Berkeley and a Masters of Public Policy from American University in Washington, DC.

Marcus Washington was born in Houston, TX. A student athlete at Lamar University, Beaumont, TX. Graduating from Lamar with a Bachelor’s degree in general studies, focused on construction management. A strong interest in construction, Marcus pursued a career with the Fluor Corporation in 2016. Working as a HSE professional in the Urban Solutions business line group. Marcus has worked on and been involved with historical projects such as the Tappan Zee (Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge), the longest bridge in New York, and the largest Chicago Transit Authority project, the RPM (Red Line Purple Line Modernization). In his free time, Marcus enjoys spending time with family and attending professional sporting events.

Donovan Bonner is an Associate General Counsel at Nike. He counsels the business on marketing and advertising, entertainment and production, and consumer digital products and experiences. Prior to Nike, Donovan worked at various private law firms where he represented employers in employment advice and litigation, serving private and public entities, including higher education institutions.  In those roles he worked on a wide range of employment issues and litigation, including trade secrets, wrongful termination, discrimination, policy review, workplace investigations, and Title IX. Donovan is from the San Francisco Bay Area and earned his B.S. at Menlo College, and his J.D. at the University of Oregon School of Law.

Cedric Smith, CPPS, Manager, Program Property, Raytheon Technology. Cedric is a Veteran with 20 years of Aerospace Propulsion and Property Management experience. He has 5 years specializing in Government property and lifecycle management for a corporation with a diverse property portfolio valued greater than $20B. Manages a Team for Raytheon and coordinates with functional partners, teammates, programs, and customers, on program execution and business strategies.  As a Manager, Cedric enjoys developing individuals in the field of property, mentoring, and accomplishing challenging goals presented by this career field. Outside of the Company Cedric is a Community Member on the Police Department Force Review Board and Commissioner on the Human Relations Commission.

Veronica Mak is a Senior Manager at Raytheon Technologies where she manages various strategic planning and transformation efforts across Enterprise Services. She is adept at leading change initiatives, driving data-based outcomes, and communicating thought leadership across all levels of an organization. Veronica passionately leverages her experience, network, and abilities to serve others in the greater Dallas community where she resides, and she hopes to equip and mobilize the AAPI community and others as effective change agents. Veronica holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing & global strategy from the University of Southern California and an Executive MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas.

Roger Gousse – Assistant General Counsel, Global Real Estate, NIKE. Roger earned his BA from Cornell University and completed his JD & MBA at Loyola University of Chicago. He has worked in various legal capacities within both public and private sectors, including as judicial intern at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, law clerk at the NJ Superior Court, and in-house counsel at several Fortune 500 companies.  At NIKE, Roger focuses his support on retail store operations, global real estate, and store construction.  He also provides legal guidance on projects tied to community initiatives such as renovating local parks, stadiums, and sporting facilities. Roger is passionate about building sustainable and diverse communities.

Joshua D. Peters is a former American politician from the Democratic Party. He served as the Missouri State Representative of Missouri’s 76th District from 2013 to 2019, attaining the esteemed position of Chief Deputy Whip. Throughout his tenure, Peters showcased exceptional leadership skills, successfully navigating a supermajority Republican-led legislature to pass ten bills while prioritizing outstanding constituent services. Notable accomplishments include securing $7 million for the Missouri Department of Transportation’s Natural Bridge Safety Initiative and effectively advocating for state funding for Lincoln University’s 1890 Land-grant. Peters also distinguished himself as a pivotal member of Congressman Lacy Clay, Jr’s, staff. Additionally, he contributed to the advancement of education as the Confidential Assistant to the Under Secretary of Education during President Barack Obama’s administration. Currently, Peters leverages his expertise and commitment to social impact as a valued contributor to Nike, Inc.’s esteemed North American Social and Community Impact team.
