Kevin Fromer
Kevin Fromer is the immediate past President and CEO of the Financial Services Forum, a trade association representing the eight largest banking organizations headquartered in the United States. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Head of Public Affairs for HSBC North America, and a senior advisor to the chief executive of Legg Mason Global Asset Management. Mr. Fromer also spent over 20 years in government. From 2005-2009, he was Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Legislative Affairs in the administration of President George W. Bush. Prior to that he was a senior policy advisor for the Speaker of the House, chief of staff to U.S. Representative Hal Rogers, and an associate staff member of
the House Appropriations and Budget Committees. His non-profit board service has included serving as president of the National Presbyterian School, executive committee of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, and Children’s National Hospital Corporate Advisory Council. He graduated from the University of Virginia and lives with his wife and two daughters in Washington DC.
