Otsuka

Tarolyn Carlton received her PharmD from the University of Texas at Austin and completed a Psychiatric Pharmacy Residency at the Medical University of South Carolina.

She worked as a Clinical Pharmacy Psychiatric Specialist at the Shreveport VAMC before transitioning to the pharmaceutical industry. Tarolyn has held numerous medical roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Otsuka and is currently the Senior Director in Global Medical Affairs responsible for medical strategy for Digital Assets. She was a founder of the DEI Committee at Otsuka and is a member of the National Charity League to provide community service in her city.

Tarolyn lives in San Antonio, Texas with her husband and two daughters.
