Pilgrimage Overview
In 1998, the Faith & Politics Institute began leading delegations of congressional members from both chambers, US Presidents, other political and corporate leaders and students on pilgrimages to historic venues that reinforce moral leadership lessons that are relevant to leaders in roles today. Each year we famously retrace the steps of our nation’s history throughout the American South and understand our nation’s history.
FPI has led pilgrimages to annual pilgrimages to Alabama, Mississippi, Charleston, New York, Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Tulsa, California, South Africa, and Northern Ireland.
