With over 35 years at Fluor Corporation, Barbara Jones currently serves as Senior Manager of Community Relations and Public Affairs. She leads strategic community engagement and represents Fluor on several nonprofit boards.
Barbara is also the founder and curator of Fluor’s African American and Hispanic Pioneers in Science and Technology Traveling Museum (retired), an acclaimed exhibit featuring over 300 educational displays celebrating diversity in STEM. She has mentored youth through her work as a Youth Matron and Sunday School teacher, reflecting her lifelong commitment to faith, education, and equity.
Barbara and her husband treasure spending time with their grandchildren.
