Elysia is a Planning Director at Converse, Nike, Inc. serving the direct-to-consumer and North America marketplace. Driven by bringing people together through shared strategies and goals, Elysia partners across the organization to influence financial, inventory, and product strategies.

As a first-generation American of Taiwanese immigrants, Elysia is passionate about supporting and elevating diverse communities. She serves on the board of the Converse Mosaic Network to advocate for employees of color and to empower people to highlight and celebrate their unique cultures and backgrounds.

Elysia currently resides in Boston and holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University. She enjoys traveling, pilates, and spending time with her partner and cat Ping.
