Rhonda Fields, LMSW is a two time alum of the University of Michigan (UM) and holds degrees from UM’s School of Education and School of Social Work.

Since 2021, Rhonda has served as a Senior Manager within Corporate Giving, currently co-leading the STEM portfolio. In this role, she oversees a portfolio of grantees doing incredible work to increase STEM literacy and access to STEM resources in early childhood and for K-12 students. Prior to this role, Rhonda served as the Executive Director at a Michigan based nonprofit affiliate, Girls on the Run of Southeastern Michigan.

Rhonda’s background in clinical social work at the University of Michigan Medicine and within charter schools in Detroit, nonprofit management and community engagement have all set the foundation for her personal goal to create limitless opportunities for historically excluded individuals, communities and organizations.
