Shana Goteh is a seasoned retail leader with 15 years of experience in planning, e-commerce, and strategic partnerships. As Principal, Marketplace Rep for Jordan’s Women’s business, she drives growth by aligning product strategies with key accounts.

She has held roles at SNKRS, Converse, Karmaloop, and Ross Stores. Her career began as a middle-school math teacher in NYC—a formative experience that shaped her empathetic leadership style. Shana holds degrees from Amherst College, Fashion Institute of Technology, and a master’s from City College of New York.

Beyond work, her most meaningful role is being a proud mom to two daughters, who inspire her to lead with purpose, passion, and legacy in mind.
