Steve Hartell is Vice President of Public Policy, leading the Federal Affairs team. Before joining Amazon, Steve worked in similar positions at Cisco Systems, Inc., and EMC Corporation. Prior to joining the private sector, Steve worked for the late Senator Ernest Hollings (D-SC) and the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation. Steve has a B.A. from the University of South Carolina and an M.A. from the George Washington University.
