Tara is a recognized risk, strategy and compliance expert, helping companies identify and mitigate geopolitical, legal/regulatory, sustainability and reputational risks. Ms. Giunta recently retired as Global Co-Chair of the ESG & Sustainable Finance Group and as a Member of the Investigations and White Collar Defense practice of Paul Hastings LLP. Ms. Giunta is also Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Invest Ahead, a national forum of more than 90 institutional investors, state treasurers, corporations, and organizations representing more than $8 trillion in AUM addressing diversity in the Boardroom and the C-Suite. Ms. Giunta holds a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University and a law degree from Columbus School of Law at Catholic University of America. She lives in Maryland with her husband and is the proud mother of two daughters and a son and daughter-in-law.
