Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, I’m a seasoned engineer with a passion for innovation and leadership. With over a decade of experience in aircraft MRO, design, quality, and manufacturing, I’ve honed my skills in project management and strategic planning. Alongside my professional endeavors, I own a mobile bartending & event design business, Hook’dJuUpCreations, that is thriving. Married to my college sweetheart, we’re eagerly awaiting the arrival of our first child. My journey has been marked by dedication to excellence, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a drive to make a difference in both the aerospace industry and my community.

Jade Reitz is a member of the Global Trade team within Raytheon, a division of RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company. Jade has over 8 years of experience in Global Trade, at both Raytheon and General Dynamics, where she served as an Empowered Official.  She received her undergrad degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Political Science from the University of Iowa.  She also attended the University of Miami School of Law.  She has worked at Raytheon for six years. Jade currently supports Air & Space Defense Systems, and is a member of the ATF and Part 130 Global Trade Action Centers. Outside of work, Jade is an avid reader.  She lives in Washington D.C. with her husband.

Chris Bovenzi is an associate director of financial planning for Collins Aerospace, an RTX business. Chris is a first-generation college graduate (B.S, SUNY Plattsburgh & MBA, RIT) and brings over 20 years of professional experience to his role at RTX where he supports the Power & Controls aftermarket organization’s mission of improving their financial performance through ROS expansion opportunities. Chris is a skilled strategic thinker that champions global change through his role at RTX, including as the global chair of the RTX PRIDE ERG, the employee resource group for LGBTQIA+ employees and their allies. Chris and his husband reside in Connecticut and they are waiting adoptive parents.

Andrea Addrow-Pierson is a Policy Analyst at ITG Brands. In her role, she supports the Corporate & Legislative Affairs (CLA) team by monitoring legislation and contributing to the development and implementation of policies that align with the company's strategic objectives. She also leads the PAC for ITG Brands, organizing in-person and virtual events to raise awareness about PACs and their potential impact. A champion of change, Andrea is dedicated to becoming a bipartisan leader, demonstrating how collaboration can drive meaningful progress. Andrea holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Western Michigan University and currently resides in Washington, D.C.

As a Giving Manager promoting inclusive tech at Google.org, Robert Barron-Pryce invests resources in organizations that provide economic opportunity via workforce digital training pathways. His goal is to help bridge the digital divide and reshape the hiring market for non-traditional, underserved talent. He partners with ecosystem leaders and makes grants to advance the grantee's social impact mission and encourage systems change. Robert started his career in the non-profit sector doing direct service work for re-entry and workforce programs and is proud to be able to continue to support impactful economic opportunity programs now as a funder. Google.org brings the best of Google to help solve some of humanity’s biggest challenges — combining funding, innovation, and technical expertise to support underserved communities and provide opportunity for everyone.

Jamal joined Microsoft in 2016 and currently serves as a Director in the Competition Policy and Market Regulation Group. In this role, Jamal and his team collaborate with policymakers, regulators, academics, and other stakeholders to explore how competition law and market regulation can drive greater economic inclusion and opportunity amidst a rapidly evolving economy and technological landscape. Prior to this, Jamal was seconded to the United Nations as a Technology Policy Advisor and speechwriter, where he worked at the intersection of geopolitics and technology policy. He also served a term on the International Telecommunication Union's (ITU) Generation Connect Visionaries Board. Jamal is a founding member of the Digital Peace Now Society, where he led advocacy initiatives focused on preventing nation-state attacks on critical infrastructure from 2018-2021. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors for 826NYC, a youth creative writing organization. Jamal holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from Duke University and an MA in International Policy from Stanford University. He has brought his international and interdisciplinary perspectives to bear by serving on the Board of Trustees at both institutions.

Samaria Chambers is a finance professional currently serving as Director, Project Business Service at Fluor Corporation in Houston, TX. With 22 years of experience in various finance roles including Project Business Analyst, Overhead Planning Reporting, Controller Support, and Operations Coordinator, Samaria brings a wealth of expertise to her current position. Samaria is actively engaged in the community, serving as Secretary on the Board of Directors for Houston Federal Credit Union.

Taylor Holmes is a Senior Associate with Wells Fargo. In this role she works on the Political Programs team within Government Relations and Public Policy to connect elected officials with our leaders and employees and facilitate the enterprise-wide Get Out the Vote initiative. Her work combines her passion for civic engagement with Wells Fargo's goals to foster meaningful dialogue and drive positive change. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois - Chicago. She is a Kansas City native and a current Washington, D.C. resident.

Tarolyn Carlton received her PharmD from the University of Texas at Austin and completed a Psychiatric Pharmacy Residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. She worked as a Clinical Pharmacy Psychiatric Specialist at the Shreveport VAMC before transitioning to the pharmaceutical industry. Tarolyn has held numerous medical roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Otsuka and is currently the Senior Director in Global Medical Affairs responsible for medical strategy for Digital Assets.  She was a founder of the DEI Committee at Otsuka and is a member of the National Charity League to provide community service in her city. Tarolyn lives in San Antonio, Texas with her husband and two daughters.

Rhonda Fields, LMSW is a two time alum of the University of Michigan (UM) and holds degrees from UM’s School of Education and School of Social Work. Since 2021, Rhonda has served as a Senior Manager within Corporate Giving, currently co-leading the STEM portfolio. In this role, she oversees a portfolio of grantees doing incredible work to increase STEM literacy and access to STEM resources in early childhood and for K-12 students. Prior to this role, Rhonda served as the Executive Director at a Michigan based nonprofit affiliate, Girls on the Run of Southeastern Michigan. Rhonda's background in clinical social work at the University of Michigan Medicine and within charter schools in Detroit, nonprofit management and community engagement have all set the foundation for her personal goal to create limitless opportunities for historically excluded individuals, communities and organizations.

Carlos Wilson is a corporate governance & securities attorney on the NIKE, Inc. in-house legal team. In this role, he manages the legal aspects of the company’s SEC reporting requirements, global subsidiary governance matters, and the company’s corporate finance transactions. Prior to joining NIKE, Carlos practiced at law firms in San Diego and Los Angeles, where he focused on structuring and negotiating transactions for public and private companies, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Carlos grew up in San Diego and attended the University of California, Santa Barbara and Berkeley School of Law. He enjoys traveling and watching soccer.

Elysia is a Planning Director at Converse, Nike, Inc. serving the direct-to-consumer and North America marketplace. Driven by bringing people together through shared strategies and goals, Elysia partners across the organization to influence financial, inventory, and product strategies.

As a first-generation American of Taiwanese immigrants, Elysia is passionate about supporting and elevating diverse communities. She serves on the board of the Converse Mosaic Network to advocate for employees of color and to empower people to highlight and celebrate their unique cultures and backgrounds.
