NIKE, Inc.

Carlos Wilson is a corporate governance & securities attorney on the NIKE, Inc. in-house legal team. In this role, he manages the legal aspects of the company’s SEC reporting requirements, global subsidiary governance matters, and the company’s corporate finance transactions.

Prior to joining NIKE, Carlos practiced at law firms in San Diego and Los Angeles, where he focused on structuring and negotiating transactions for public and private companies, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

Carlos grew up in San Diego and attended the University of California, Santa Barbara and Berkeley School of Law. He enjoys traveling and watching soccer.
