JRL Program Bio: Shaina Ruth is from Jacksonville, Florida and is a dual-degree student at Florida State University where she is pursuing her Juris Doctorate at Florida State University College of Law and a master’s in Applied American Politics and Policy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida. Shaina is currently working at the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
