JRL Program Bio: Kaylan (Kay) Bailey resides in California working for Boston Scientific Neuromodulation division as a Sr. R&D Engineer. She is also the BRIDGE Valencia chapter ERG Captain within Boston Scientific. Kay enjoys volunteering to help others and STEM programs to help minorities gain the necessary knowledge and skills to be successful in STEM fields. In her spare time she enjoys going to Angel City FC matches, running, hiking, traveling, and working toward elevating herself personally/professionally.
