JRL Program Bio: Tyler Clark is passionate about the intersection of politics, governance, business, and technology and the impact they have on people’s lives. He serves as a State & Local Government Industry Manager for the central region at Microsoft, working to advance digital transformation in the public sector. He previously led the administrative and legislative effort for unifying Illinois’ state government IT functions and served as the first chief of staff at the Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology. Tyler received his undergraduate degree from Illinois State University and his graduate degree in public administration from the University of Illinois-Springfield.
