JRL Program Bio: N’dea Moore-Petinak is a doctoral candidate in Health Management & Policy and a Rackham Merit Fellow at the University of Michigan. Her research focuses on policy flexibility and how state variation in the Children’s Health Insurance Program contributes to disparities among marginalized children. She completed her bachelor’s degrees at Santa Clara University and her master’s degree at Trinity College Dublin. N’dea is from Fresno, California and looks forward to a life of public service.
