JRL Program Bio: Kevin Austin is group vice president of Demand & Supply Management (DSM) for Toyota Motor North America (TMNA), based in Plano, TX. In this role, he is responsible for demand and supply planning, as well as transformation leadership for Toyota’s North American
supply chain innovation efforts in coordination with both the Toyota and Lexus brands, and manufacturing facilities. Austin’s personal mission and purpose is to drive productive change in the lives of others, assisting people in maximizing their true potential. He works to live out this mission through his leadership responsibilities within Toyota, as the executive chair within the African American Collaborative, and community boards and engagements.
