JRL Program Bio: Sofi Gonzalez is a Manager in Deloitte’s Policy & Government Relations function. Her role is at the nexus of policy analysis and advocacy, opportunity identification, and stakeholder engagement. Sofi began her career at Deloitte in the government consulting practice, where she served federal government and higher education clients for five years. She feels passionately that representation matters and every voice, and every story, deserves to be heard. Sofi has a Bachelor’s degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and a Master of Public Policy from Duke University.
