JRL Program Bio: Outside of RTX, Kadar has a long history of volunteering his time and talents to Tucson communities. He resides on a number of Philanthropic boards including Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He also coaches, mentors and leads small Christian groups. With those cultivated relationships Kadar is able to coordinate and support Science Technology Engineering Math (STEM) and other outreach programs. Kadar resides in Marana, AZ with his wife, Jenee and four sons.
