JRL Program Bio: Originally from San Diego, James has worked in both the non-profit and private sectors within DC, most recently in his current role as AVP, External Relations at Wells Fargo. In his current role, his team manages relationships with stakeholders off Capitol Hill. James earned his BA from University of Arizona and a paralegal certificate from the University of San Diego. He recently completed his Master of Public Policy degree from George Washington University and is working towards his MBA with George Washington’s School of Business.
