JRL Program Bio: Dr. Osyria Webster is a manager in program management at Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company. She holds a biology degree from Xavier University of Louisiana, a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of Tennessee, an Electrical Engineering degree from University of New Orleans, and an MBA from the Pennsylvania State University with a concentration in Engineering Leadership and Innovation Management. In October 2021, Dr. Webster received the Technology Rising Star award during the Women of Color STEM Digital Conference. Then in February 2023, she received the Spectrum Science Trailblazer Award at the Black Engineer of the Year Award STEM Conference.
