JRL Program Bio: Cedric Smith, CPPS, Manager, Program Property, Raytheon Technology. Cedric is a Veteran with 20 years of Aerospace Propulsion and Property Management experience. He has 5 years specializing in Government property and lifecycle management for a corporation with a diverse property portfolio valued greater than $20B. Manages a Team for Raytheon and coordinates with functional partners, teammates, programs, and customers, on program execution and business strategies. As a Manager, Cedric enjoys developing individuals in the field of property, mentoring, and accomplishing challenging goals presented by this career field. Outside of the Company Cedric is a Community Member on the Police Department Force Review Board and Commissioner on the Human Relations Commission.
