JRL Program Bio: Veronica Mak is a Senior Manager at Raytheon Technologies where she manages various strategic planning and transformation efforts across Enterprise Services. She is adept at leading change initiatives, driving data-based outcomes, and communicating thought leadership across all levels of an organization. Veronica passionately leverages her experience, network, and abilities to serve others in the greater Dallas community where she resides, and she hopes to equip and mobilize the AAPI community and others as effective change agents. Veronica holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing & global strategy from the University of Southern California and an Executive MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas.
